Edinburgh

The Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh was founded in 1875, originally as a cookery school but later evolving into a more general university some years later. The very new, modern campus is situated in Musselburgh, just to the east of Edinburgh. The town itself is a strong contender for the oldest town in Scotland - the Romans are said to have settled there as far back as AD80. As a result, Edinburgh, features many incredibly old, beautiful buildings including the Tolbooth which dates back to around the 1590s.

Chrysalis offer the Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Introduction to Counselling Skills (one year), Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory (two years) and Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (three years+). Students can pay for the courses either upfront in advance (with discounts available) or through interest-free monthly instalments.
